Italconstruction’s primary focus is to assist the needs and provide management and construction services to the development industry. Combining an experienced, friendly, and professional staff with in-depth knowledge of the construction processing methods, the company has been able to continuously provide effective and efficient results, delivering large and challenging projects on time and within budget. Since its inception in 2003 the company had been in charge of a large number of build outs throughout Miami’s most prominent buildings. Among the initial projects are the Continuum, Setai, Murano Grande, the Grand Condominium, Portofino Yacht Club, and Bristol Tower. In addition to these types of projects, Italconstruction has completed several big scale home renovations, new constructions in Sunset Island. and design and build single family homes ranging from 3,000 Sq Ft to 13,000 Sq Ft, throughout South Florida. Since 2006, the company has been also managing the construction and renovation of many commercial projects for the private sector as well as for the City of Miami.
As of today, Italconstruction has a growing bonding capacity of $2.8 million, and its interest in commercial and residential projects in the range of $1 to 10 million.
